FUTURE INNOVATORS ZONE - Murmuration Festival
Murmuration is for everyone, including budding young innovators. The Future Innovators Zone is an amazing, thought-bending area designed specifically for families where the young, and young at heart, can explore engaging and interactive exhibits focused on science, technology, music, and art. Activities include:

St. Louis Science Center
Put your innovation skills to the test by joining the Saint Louis Science Center and its Active Creativity partners to build a large-scale Rube Goldberg-style machine.

The Magic House
Take part in a “tree”rific Cardboard Challenge! Kids are invited to put their blossoming creative skills to the test as they use cardboard, scrap paper, old puzzle pieces and more to transform a large cardboard tree into a magnificent work of art.

The Nine Network
Rumor has it that Curious George and Daniel Tiger will be making an appearance to join in a special family reading program. Each story will include visuals on the big screens, crafts, games, and other activities geared to young kids.

School of Rock
Rock out with School of Rock’s interactive “Rock and Roll Petting Zoo,” where kids can try guitar, drums, bass and keyboards with help from a staff of professional musicians.

Learn about the connection between engineering and agriculture and flex your creativity skills to build a mini insect robot.

Challenger Learning Center St. Louis
Participate in a variety of activities including making rockets, paracord bracelets, and mini spin art creations for kids and families to make and take home.

Additional FIZ partners include Biome STEAM School, Bloxels, Blockheads, Girls Scout Troop 1484 and First Lego League Team 183.

The Future Innovators Zone is open from 10am-5pm on Saturday and Sunday. It is free and open to everyone. No ticket is required.
